Our clients are individual employees, former employees, or prospective employees who need legal representation or advice involving claims or issues related to their employment. We do not represent employers. The firm's practice is limited to the area of labor and employment law.

     Since our firm receives hundreds of inquiries each month from prospective new clients it is not generally possible for our lawyers to provide legal advice by phone. However, if you are from out of town and cannot meet in person with one of our attorneys we can make special arrangements for a telephone consultation. If you have a problem related to your employment and you need legal advice, you will be asked to provide certain basic information to one of our legal assistants or our paralegal so that we can schedule an appointment for you to meet with one of our lawyers. All information you give us will remain strictly confidential and is protected by the attorney/ client privilege.
