Mr. Thomas has been a member of the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Certification Committee since 2003. Mr. Thomas is a past President and State Chapter Head of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and a member and past President of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He is currently serving on the Sexual Harassment, Age Discrimination, Federal Employee and Title VII Committees of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Thomas is also a member of the Executive Council of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Labor & Employment Committee of the Jacksonville Bar Association. He is the current Chair of the Recent Legal Events Committee and a former co-chair of the Individual Rights Committee of the Florida Bar Labor & Employment Section and a former member of the grade review panel for the Florida Bar Labor & Employment Certification Examination.
