Our fee arrangement for services depends on the case and cannot be determined until your situation is reviewed by the attorney. Although we do charge a fee for the initial consultation, our fee for this service is less than our usual and customary hourly rate. Currently, the fee charged for the initial consultation is a prorated fee of $170 per hour. Many of our cases can be accepted on a contingent fee basis so that no fee is paid unless there is a recovery.

Both Mr. Thomas and Mr. Klink are members and past presidents of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Thomas was a member of the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Certification Committee from 2003 through 2008. Mr. Thomas is a past President and State Chapter Head of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. He is currently serving on the Sexual Harassment, Age Discrimination, Federal Employee and Title VII Committees of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Both Mr. Klink and Mr. Thomas are strong supporters of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and recently were sponsors of the 2008 NELA Gala Fundraiser: Working for Change: Making the Dream a Reality in Atlanta. Mr. Thomas is a former member of the Executive Council of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar and is a former Chair of the Recent Legal Events Committee and a former co-chair of the Individual Rights Committee of the Florida Bar Labor & Employment Section. Mr. Thomas is also a former member of the grade review panel for the Florida Bar Labor & Employment Certification Examination. Mr. Klink and Mr. Thomas are members of the Labor and Employment Committee of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Labor and Employment Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Klink has been involved with pro bono activities both as a former Director of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, and as a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association where he was awarded the H.A.V.E. a Heart Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Services.
